Chilis, Whole Indian

Chilis are a long, thin & glossy. Many whole pieces, some crushed. Its culinary uses include making vinegars and hot pepper oil. Its heat is similar to the heat of cayenne (35,000 H.U.). Simmer in oil and broth to add flavor and heat to rice and vegetable dishes.
