Description

Also known as orange zest. Use in baking recipes that call for lemon rind, including cakes, muffins, and scones; best reconstituted before use. Also good for use in soaps. About 1/3 the size of a grain of rice. Note1/2 tsp granules and 1/2 tsp warm water equals 1 tsp grated orange peel. Allow to rehydrate for ten minutes.
