Description

Best stored in a glass jar in the refrigerator to retain color. Can be rehydrated into tomato paste, used for tomato sauce, or made into tomato juice. Add water to make desired consistency. NoteFor tomato paste mix 1 cup powder with 1.75 cups of water, season and blend until smooth. For tomato sauce mix 1 cup of powder with 3 cups of water, season and blend until smooth.
