Snap Peas with Fleur de sel

This is a deliciously simple recipe. These roasted snap or sugar peas are addictive and can be used for an appetizer.  

1 pound sugar snap peas 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

Fleur de sel 

 Preheat broiler. Toss peas with oil on baking sheet. Spread peas in single layer. Broil until just crisp-tender and beginning to brown in spots, stirring once with spatula, about 2 minutes. Transfer to bowl. Sprinkle with fleur de sel, and serve. Serves 4 - 6.

Notes:  Try Citron Salt Crystals  or Thai Ginger Sea Salt.
